JOURNAL | AUGUST 2014

We haven't record the dates and times in which where we have planned and meet to work on the project. Through this post, we can summarize on what we have done throughtout this whole month.

During this month, we have settled and finalize that the our project will be the Automated Voting System of CHMSC- Talisay Laboratory School. I, Jennifer Donis, a former SSG member of the Laboratory School would like to help my alma matter in the tallying of the votes of the SSG club.
We planned and group ourselves in which area each one of us must focus.

We made a fishbone diagram of the problem regarding the manual voting system of the said school. We have discussed with our instructor, Sir Jonathan Valenzuela regarding our fishbone diagram in our previous selected project (Silay Ice Plant, Payroll System) and submitted it. Due to the difficulty to have them interviewed and make a new system in which they already have, we decided to change our project as early as possible in the most easiest and nearer way to our beneficiary. With that, we have selected the Laboratory School.

To this end, we are now preparing this blog and our request letter to compile and submit to our instructor as our midterm project.
